巴黎遇袭后这首诗传开了：我们不应为巴黎祈祷

　　11月13日巴黎恐怖袭击的消息传来，在世界各地纷纷为巴黎祈祷之际，印度新德里博主卡鲁纳·伊扎拉·帕里克在其脸谱网页上写道：

　　“今天早晨醒来，巴黎的消息令我大为不安，但社交媒体的反响更令我惊诧。

　　“我明白巴黎是许多人深爱和熟悉的地方，但令我不安的是，就在两天前，在我爸爸长大的城市贝鲁特，发生可怕的爆炸，却鲜有关注。

　　“同样令我不安的是，巴格达，这个我与之毫无关系的地方，上周发生的毫无人性的爆炸受到的关注更少。

　　“更糟糕的是，我发现对难民危机的理解扭曲和简单化。如果你随着这些背井离乡的人一起踏上颠沛流离之路，也许你将懂得为什么#叙利亚难民危机与#为巴黎祈祷一样引人注目。现在应当为人性祈祷，让所有地方都有人爱。现在是为世界祈祷的时候了。”

　　她挥笔写下一首诗歌，大唱反调，认为“不应为巴黎祈祷”，并分享到脸谱、Instagram 和推特上。这首诗歌引发许多人的共鸣，迅速在网路上走红，在脸谱网上被分享了3.8万多次。

　　It's not Paris we should pray for.

　　我们不应该为巴黎祈祷，

　　It is the world. It is a world in which Beirut,

　　而应该为整个世界祈祷。事件发生前两天，

　　reeling from bombings two days before Pairs,

　　贝鲁特遭爆炸袭击，

　　is not covered in the press.

　　媒体集体失声。

　　A world in which a bomb goes off

　　巴格达一处葬礼上

　　at a funeral in Baghdad

　　发生炸弹袭击，

　　and not one person's status update says "Baghdad",

　　没有人将状态改成“巴格达”，

　　because not one white person died in the fire.

　　因为，没有白人遇难。

　　Pray for the world

　　为这个世界祈祷，

　　that blames a refugee crisis for a terrorist attack.

　　因为有人指控难民危机应为恐怖袭击负责，

　　That does not pause to differentiate between the attacker

　　而不愿意分辨袭击者，

　　and the person running from the very same thing you are.

　　以及那些同样逃离灾难的人们。

　　Pray for a world

　　为这个世界祈祷，

　　where people walking across countries for months,

　　人们背起行囊

　　their only belongings upon their backs,

　　颠簸流离，

　　are told they have no place to go.

　　却被告知无处可去。

　　Say a prayer for Paris by all means,

　　你可以为巴黎祈祷，

　　but pray more,

　　但应该祈祷的更多，

　　for the world that does not have a prayer

　　为这个世界上无人知晓的人们祈祷，

　　for those who no longer have home to defend.

　　为无家可守的人祈祷，

　　For a world that is falling apart in all corners,

　　为这个已经支离破碎的世界祈祷，

　　and not simply in the towers and cafes we find so familiar.

　　而不仅仅是为了我们熟悉的铁塔和咖啡馆。
